Design Management coordinating complex steel frame, stone, landscape and cladding packages for a 4-screen art house cinema project in a historic setting. The site location meant that we were restricted by Archaeology, adverse ground conditions, ecology and heritage issues.

Three houses, Northallerton
Feasibility and intial cost advise, for three new build houses ona small holding in Thornon Le Moor. We worked with home owner to prepare a pre-planning application to discuss the proposals with the Council. Solutions for off-site fabriction were developed to reduce the construction period to just three months.
2.5-acre site, 100,000m2 of trading and office floors.
Project Manager responsible for monthly reporting, design team programming, consultant appointments and claims.
Managed team of 20 architects, and specialist sub-consultants, as Lead consultant using BIM.
Supervised Grade 2 historic façade refurbishment, including structural and planning approvals with City of London, to respect adjacent St. Helen’s Church.
Coordinated early works design packages with focus on facades, sub-structure and stone cladding works.
